This yard was a new construction with a very large yard, Installed in the blazing summer.

The homeowner wanted us to take care of the initial 6 weeks of watering. They left the country on vacation shortly after install with no worries.

We set up hoses and sprinklers everywhere, this project required around 5 timers, 32 sprinklers and roughly 40 hoses.

Upon return they were greeted with a beautiful lush yard, rooted in and thriving.

They never touched a single sprinkler.
They never moved a hose.
They didn’t have to track through the yard,
leaving footprints or falling.

On average we save the homeowner 30-60 hours of messing around with sprinklers when they have us water for them.
After the initial 6 weeks we come pick everything up and you’re ready to mow

We set our timers to run early in the morning before the sun has a chance to steal the water through evaporation.

Everyone’s busy, a new house can feel overwhelming. You work hard. From start to finish, we make the new yard part as easy as possible.
We never saw this homeowner, they never touched a sprinkler, we picked our stuff up in 6 weeks, and everyone was happy.

Unfortunately, this homeowner decided to try and take care of the watering themselves.
In the background you can see what optimal results should be, the brown is the disaster resulting from watering errors.

Luckily, I was doing a courtesy drive-by and saw what was happening. I immediately got on the phone with the homeowner and got to work taking over the watering. One more day and this would have cost thousands of dollars.

In the end we were able to save and rehabilitate large portions of the brown areas, but several areas ultimately had to be replaced, which we were able to do as affordably as possible
